Create Cash Accounts

Before you can play for cash you need to fund your account and provide your billing address (which is also the address to which any winnings cheques shall be mailed).

You can open an account by selecting "play for cash" either on the logon screen, on the registration confirmation screen or on the games list screen.

If you haven't played Red Lounge Casino for money before a screen will appear, telling you that you need to credit your account before you can play.

Click continue to bring up the first credit account screen, and then enter the amount you want to credit your account.

Once you have entered your credit card details and the amount you wish to deposit, click 'Continue'. This brings up a screen asking for all the details needed to open your account.

Fill out all of the fields, this information is needed to verify that your credit card is valid. Then click continue to submit your details for processing.

You will then be taken to the Game Select screen while we process your transaction. Your account will be credited as soon as your details are confirmed. You are now able to play for money!

Purchase Chips

Red Lounge Casino Cash mode allows you to play Casino games using real money.

NOTE: To play for real money you must credit your account. The first time you attempt to play in Cash mode you will be asked to make a deposit (see Create An Account For Cash).

You need to have a positive balance in your account to play the games in Cash mode. If you do not have money in your account, you will be informed.

You can credit your account by clicking on the button found on the Account Details screen -- accessed by clicking on the Red Lounge Casino Tablet "Account" Button.

Enter the amount of money you wish to deposit into your account in the open field.

Then set the method of payment, enter your credit card details or other payment method and then click continue.

You will then be shown a screen with your account details displayed.

If this is the first time you have played for cash most of these details will be blank. Please fill them all in, since we need these details to verify your transaction.

If you have played for money before, please take some time to make sure all the details are correct, and if not please update them.

When you are happy that all the details are accurate click "continue".

At this point Red Lounge Casino needs to gain approval of your request. You will be notified of the status of your request via the hint box at the bottom of the Red Lounge Casino Screen. Once your request is approved you will be able to use your account to play the games for money. If you have any problems please contact our live help line.

Withdraw Your Winnings

When playing for money you can opt to withdraw, or cash out, all or part of the funds in your account.

When an account has a balance, the Account Details screen -- accessed by clicking on the Red Lounge Casino Tablet "Accounts" button (see Red Lounge Casino Tablet Buttons) -- will include the "Withdraw" button.

Click the "Withdraw" button to redeem your money. On the next screen you select the amount you wish to redeem.

Once you have confirmed the amount and set the method of payment, click continue. The following screen will request the receipt of your redemption request by Red Lounge Casino. Click Continue to return to the initial Account Details screen.

NOTE: We will pay you via a refund to your submitted credit card or via cheque depending on the restrictions imposed by the credit card you have used.
